What we do

Paygee - a Mobisol project - has developed a PayAsYouGo technology platform that enables local entrepreneurs to effectively reach their customers and offer finance, goods, and services that were never previously available to them.
Your tasks
Challenge yourself and drive the growth of the Customer Success Management. With a direct reporting line to the Paygee management you  will be responsible for building strong and long-lasting working relationships with our customers across Africa, South East Asia and other countries through planning, handling objections, asking the right questions and understanding the customer´s pain points while resolving them. In addition, you will build and maintain healthy cross-functional relationships within the organization for smoother alignment and future opportunities.

On a typical day you:

● Proactively interact with our customers via different communication channels
● Translate customer needs and feedback into valuable input for product development
● Work with cross-functional stakeholders to develop solutions that best address partner needs while simultaneously meeting performance objectives
● Own an account portfolio and leverage data-backed insights to successfully optimize the businesses of our partners
● With in-depth data analysis of the businesses, drive and develop account specific growth strategies and approaches

Your Qualifications
● 2 years plus experience in Key Account Management, Business development or B2B Customer service
● Ability to communicate effectively (oral and written) at all levels of the organization and taking an active part in software product development
● Strong sense of empathy and motivation to represent our customers within the company
● Openness to self-organization and agile management
● Creativity, team spirit and good humor
● Excitement about Mobisol´s mission
● Have the willingness to travel and meet Paygee customers, as well as attending international meetings/events with overnight stays and evening/weekend meetings
● Fluent in English; French would be a plus
