What this job is about
The Operations Department aims to provide Mobisol customers with the best possible after sales service.The Operations Team Leader is responsible for the service quality and service capacity provided in the assigned Zone.
Your tasks
  • Ensuring effective coordination of the Service NetworkTeams
  • Ensuring qualitative and on time installations and maintenance cases 
  • Responsible for Providing maintenance forecast to Service Network Manager
  • Training, coaching and monitoring the Service Network Coordinators
  • Monitoring the payroll for contractor technicians
  • Developing and implementing strategies for service expansion and service quality in the Zone
  • Ensuring the Service Network Team in the Zone is equipped properly
  • Maintaining inventory of Maintenance Technician’s spare part stock
  • Developing and implementing strategies to improve the Service Network
  • Monthly Service Network report to management
Your Qualifications
  • Degree in Management and/or Electronics
  • At least 3 year proven experience in Operations Management
  • Fluency in English and local language
  • Driver’s license A required, B is a plus
  • Advanced knowledge of Excel spread sheets and data entry skills
  • Strong leadership skills and initiative team player
  • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
  • Proven critical thinking skills that demonstrate fact finding/analysis and sound decision making
  • Good time management and organizational skills
  • Ability to work in and manage remote teams
  • Willingness to travel nationally
