What this job is about
To ensure that all sales and handovers are reflected correctly in the database and all products are activated in time, and assist the MobiShop Team Leader in database stock monitoring and Mobishop Operator performance analysis.
Your tasks
  • To observe and record 100% accuracy handover per shop
  • Display systems to be presentable, complete,clean and working at any time,Storage room setup ( proper arrangements ofitems, labelling, separation of spareparts(used and broken) Reposed items
  • Managing the support staff at Mobishop, i.e installation technicians, sales agents and maintenance technicians
  • Providing information to customers about Mobisolproduct and addressing all customer queries withinthe Mobishop service center
  • Accuracy in completing the customer qualification process
  • Matching of stock figures (DB) and the physical stock count on weekly basis and monthly reconciliation
  • Accurate handover by verifying all documents,the process and policy is adhered to
  • Matching of expected and submitted inventory(stock validation) Matching of stock figures and the physical stock count
  • 100% accuracy during sale/handover of extra items
  • Supporting the implementation of product introductions, contract updates and other changes affecting Mobishop operations in close collaboration with the MobiShop Administrator and in alignment with MobiShop Team Leader
  • Proper Documentation of operation documents (customer contracts, inventory sheets, appliance contracts, return sheets,repossession sheets,etc
  • Achieve 50% of Appliance sales target in relation to sales target of the MobiShop
  • Completing assigned tasks in line with applicable policies, guidelines, processes and procedures
  • Supporting relevant departments with research work when needed within Mobishop operations
  • Seeking opportunities to learn and develop within Mobisol and through training
Your Qualifications
  • ≥1 year of working experience in a customer service related field is a plus University degree is a plus
  •  Fluency in local language, good communication skills in English
  •  Good time management and organizational skills
  •  Attention to detail
  •  Excellent and customer friendly communication skills
  •  Ability to learn and adapt to a fast evolving working environment
  •  Strongly team spirited
  •  Willingness to travel in geographic area assigned
