What this job is about
The Customer Care Department is committed to providing timely and effective solutions to customer queries by handling questions, first level support as well as conducting surveys aimed at achieving world class customer experience with Mobisol products and services. The Customer Care Officer is responsible to handle customer calls (in- and outbound) to provide information and customer support such as the remote troubleshooting of technical and service-related issues.
Your tasks

  • To handle a high volume of inbound calls from customers with varying levels of questions and concerns
  • To conduct outbound calls to gather customer’s feedback for Mobisol’s customer satisfaction surveys
  • To resolve customer’s questions and concerns using a computerized system
  • To forward customer’s questions and concerns to the responsible department, if the problem cannot be solved by customer care
Your Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s Degree or higher diploma
  • Basic knowledge on Excel spread sheets and data entry skills
  • Self-starter with a passion for Mobisol and its mission to plug in the world
  • Fluency in English & Swahili
  • Patient & with excellent interpersonal skills
