|Implementation and improvement of controlling structures and processes in close cooperation with controlling interfaces in Mobisol GmbH|
Identify opportunities to optimize processes requiring internal controls, recommending and developing proposed changes in policy or procedures to satisfy internal control requirements
Consultancy and support to management regarding business decisions and monitoring department performance against plan
Management of the budgeting and business planning processes in close cooperation with the Cost Controller and Management team:
Providing information about costs in the past, present, and future to the department manager, as well as the MD.
Discussing & reviewing department input with the department manager
Preparing department budget & forecast plans
Preparing cost center actual versus plan comparisons, validation & variance analysis (monthly, quarterly, yearly and ad-hoc as required)
Analyzing cost efficiencies, and recommending on base of this analysis adjusted key performance indicators (KPIs) to the department manager.
