What this job is about
The purpose of the Data Analysis function is both practical and exploratory, existing to answer to the needs of other departments’ data-based inquiries or projects through computer programming, and to explore and discover new ways of adding additional benefit to the company by analyzing available data through programmatic means. The responsibilities of the Data Analyst are to provide and maintain data analyses for any requesting department, as well as to design, implement and maintain advanced data-processing/data-analyses systems.
Your tasks
  • Working independently even on complex tasks and projects identified jointly with the Team Leader, to help realize the department's objective with a view to current developments within Mobisol
  • Identify, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets
  • Developing and implementing data analyses, data collection systems and other strategies that optimize statistical efficiency and quality
  • Interpreting data, analyzing results using statistical techniques
  • Seeking opportunities to learn and develop within Mobisol and through training
  • Payroll preparation for contractors (Commissions, bonus, retainer)
  • Expense reporting
Your Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics or related field
  • Exceptional advanced skills in Excel.
  • Knowledge in data analysis
  • Experience with operational improvement techniques.
  • Outstanding analytical and problem solving skills.
  • Proven team player.
  • Self-starter with a passion for Mobisol and its mission to plug in the world.
  • Fluency in English.
